Do you ever just do something you love, and your body just automatically reacts to it? Like, you don't even have to think about its movements; you're already subconsciously doing it.

Basketball. I love basketball.

The feeling I get when I step onto the court is one I can't get anywhere else. The feeling of euphoria, the adrenaline that races through me. Everything is familiar- the leather smell of the basketball, the feeling of it in my hands as I dribble, as I shoot, the layout of the court and my teammates running around.

I don't think about the sweat or the exhaustion because my mind doesn't comprehend them at all. I don't have to think about my footwork. I don't have to think about the bend of my knees or the position of my arms and hands. I don't have to mentally calculate how I shoot, how much strength I use every time.

I just...do. I see it, and my body reacts.

Having a passion for something is truly a wonderful thing =)
